flowers

I was a bit late getting a pic of my peonies this year. The rain pretty much destroyed them before I got to it.


This one was still pretty much intact.

    I love the fluffy white Peonies, they are so gorgeous with the bit of pink in the center. And are these Lupines?

    i first saw peonies in 2005, when one of my team recived a boquet of them delivered for her birthday. they are so beautiful and i had never seen them. that was the only one I ever saw. yours are beautiful, or were beautiful

    The peonies with pink flecks are so beautiful and the lupins(?) are an interesting colour.

    I usually cut my peonies and bring them into the house... but I didn't do that this year, so mine lived out their beauty outside too. And oh my gosh, what an unusual flower at your daughter's house. Do you know the name of it? Gorgeous!! ~Andrea xoxoxo

    I really love peonies but they don't last long do they and as you say the rain quickly destroys them. Beautiful while they last though.

    The only peonies I've ever seen in person was at my daughter's wedding. It's not because were not trying to grow them here. 😀
