In my post yesterday Grace wanted to know what I used to dress the pasta salad. Martha had suggested just using the marinade from the jar of artichoke hearts. I tried that at first but for me it just didn't do much to add flavor to the pasta. I ended up drizzling a bit of Italian dressing on it.
Sounds good to me.

ReplyDeleteYeah, Italian dressing would have been my choice to - my husband would always prefer mayo (which I hate) but then he would never eat anything like that...the packing liquid in jars of marinated artichoke hearts really isn't all that flavorful (been there, done that).
