yes down days aren't crash hot - but I've found if I sit and analyse - I can usually see how they were caused. What I found a week or so back, was when I realised that there "shortages in my current situation/life" - that a day snuggled up and doing nothing - other than food, gave me respite. The next day I got back "up" and felt better. (However, something else did happen, which has shown me that I need to address a certain thing...)
