I've had a soup craving. I had bought what I needed to I make a sausage potato soup then couldn't find the recipe again. I did a search and came up with another one
I added bacon and spinach to the original recipe. It was really tasty and hit the spot.
Looks really good and warming. I make something similar, but instead of half & half. I use half milk and half broth.

ReplyDeleteI love spinach in soup! The other day at work they put spinach in cream of mushroom soup. It was really good!
