Well it sure was nice having that extra hour to sleep yesterday morning. I thought I would be up earlier than usual because of setting the clocks back but I wasn't. I guess I needed the sleep.
Last week I set two appointments up for Gibbs. One is for Grooming. He is looking very shaggy.
He's still cute but a bit scraggly. He refuses to let me brush him. I might get the brush through his hair one or two times then he goes all crazy and says that's enough of that nonsense. Saturday morning he goes to the groomer so he'll be looking spiffy again.
The other appointment was for his rabies booster. He goes Dec 6th for that. Both are early appointments so no sleeping in on those Saturdays.
Life has been pretty mundane lately and I'm running out of things to blog about. I think I've got enough for this week and hopefully I can scrape up enough things during the next week.
That just about covers it for today.
You’re right, he looks so cute but I am sure he will enjoy having a trim. Glad you got to sleep in.
ReplyDeleteHurray for sleeping in! Gibbs is always cute, but I'm looking forward to the grooming results.
ReplyDeleteHow cute is Gibbs! We had the time change last week. It's annoying tbh.
ReplyDeleteGibbs is such a sweetie.
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday!! Gibbs is so cute, I can't wait to see him after he gets his hair done. I take Binx once a year to get his nails trimmed and always joke, we're going to get a mani-pedi.
ReplyDeleteI think he looks even more adorable when he's a bit shaggy! :)
ReplyDeleteOMDs Gibbs we have a very similar schedule as you.
ReplyDeleteGroomers for us tomorrow
and Friday we hope to get our pneumonia vaccine.
You are adorable BTW
Hugs cecilia
Does Gibbs let the groomer do it then? Our dogs would only ever stand still for a brief moment's brushing.
ReplyDeleteHe's a cutie pie. Groom or no groom. Our kitties don't want brushed either. It would be nice if they did.
ReplyDeleteHow about doing thankful things for the rest of the month. I know you have lots of thankful things.
Have a fabulous day and week, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥
That brush certainly isn't a pleasant experience for the little one... I wish you a lovely week, Ann. We still have beautiful autumn colors everywhere... it's a dream, even when it rains.

Gibbs is going to look spiffy with his grooming getting done. I sometimes run out of conversations as well Ann...I guess it's called bloggers block...
ReplyDeleteI hit something and your post went away. Sorry he doesn't let you brush him. It will be nice that he's getting a haircut. Glad he will be going for his shot too. Also, I'm sure you will find something to post about. Enjoy your week.
ReplyDeleteGibbs is cute either way but I'm sure you will be happy when things are all done.
ReplyDeleteNo problem on running out of things to blog about. Life sometimes is just mundane. When I don't know what to say I either just don't blog or I dive back into my archives and see what sticks out to me. Anyway I'll be there when ever.
Sue
How does he do at the groomers?? Does he give them a fit as well?
ReplyDeleteNow you'll have to show us cutie pie, Gibbs, in an after pic. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd how is the construction going?
I guess Gibbs does need a little sprucing up. :) He's still cute though.
ReplyDeleteDoes Gibbs like the groomer? You will have to put his before picture with his after picture. You will find some things to post about with the holidays.
ReplyDeleteGibbs is super duper cute!
