2025 a random year in review part 1

I'm going to randomly choose moments from each month of 2025. I'll only do half the year today and then the other half tomorrow.

January brought the end of an erra with the store I worked at for 28 years closing and my bakery manager job coming to an end.

February I was settling in to unemployment and making a lot of things to pass the time

March was my birthday month and I spent a lot of time sewing. The best day though was having Presley come spend the day with me

April I was still moving right along with the sewing but this was the month that Gibbs got to get rid of his shaggyness and visited the groomer

May was full of spring flowers, more sewing and a fun day out with Amanda that started with breakfast

June was the big yard sale. It was so nice to get rid of things and a relief that I actually sold a lot

Come back tomorrow for the second half of the year

  1. Thank you! What a great idea for a post. How do you feel about your new job? Your old one was closer, but I worried about you overworking. ❤️

  5. Reviewing the year like that makes you realise how much you achieved, and how quickly.

  7. A year of change that you've managed very well. It's hard to find your way after working somewhere for 28 years.

Have a fabulous day and rest of the week, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to handsome Gibbs. ♥

Whoa it was a good thing you had 'some time off' you had a busy 6 months.
Thank you very very much for the lovely bday wishes.
What a day it has been. 71 degrees and full sun in JANUARY no less. My Bryan did things up right too with a lovely necklace. We are ordering take out from Outback for supper.
