I almost forgot about the picture I took on my way home from the park on Monday. Instead of going back the way I went I set google maps for home and let her tell me which way to go. I ended up on some roads that I've never traveled before. I liked the view of this field so I pulled over and took a picture.
That about wraps it up for what I have from Monday. I guess tomorrow I need to find a new subject.

It is beautiful. I wonder what was grown there?
ReplyDeleteI'm not really sure
DeleteI'm always amazed at the wide open spaces you have over there. Here it's mostly all built up.

Some areas are pretty built up but around where I live it's more rural and lots of farm land
DeleteIt's good to see you too have fields of gold! (Ours are because of drought tho!)
ReplyDeleteThankfully no drought here.
DeleteI have never used google but if I did to go home from where ever I am, there is nothing but buildings for 10 miles in every direction, houses and shopping centers. would love to see a field, and now I have.
ReplyDeleteWow - so flat. I'd love to live somewhere flat! I swear all the hills where I live now only go Up!
ReplyDeleteWhen we used to go to visit Wade's kids I couldn't believe how hilly the roads were, it was all up a hill down a hill and lots of curves too. I asked him once, don't they believe in straight roads around here.
DeleteI cannot imagine living where I cant see a field without driving 10 miles! I like this picture...it appeals to me.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous photo! I love seeing crops being harvested! Makes you glad to live in the great US of A!!!
ReplyDeleteI keep a tablet in the car, and near me at home to write down things that pop into my head at given times that I might be able to blog about. Course that includes when I am on PINTEREST also. I see something like the yard art I want to blog about I save those pics to a folder on my computer. They might sit there a week or so till I run out of things to blog about then I use them. It helps in keeping my blogs and thoughts from drying out. Great pics. Looks like you had a great time.
ReplyDeleteI should do that too. I think of all kinds of things and then when I try to remember what it was it's gone
DeleteYou had a wonderful adventure. I wonder what you're going to do on your day off tomorrow?
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day and weekend, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥
Well on my day off tomorrow it's going to be a trip to finally take my glasses in to have them fixed. I've been putting that off because I didn't want to take the drive
DeleteLovely! Sometimes taking a new road can be a fun adventure.
ReplyDeleteI went back and looked at your adventures and it looks like a fun time! This photo reminds me of Kansas.
ReplyDeleteIt was fun and different than what I ordinarily do.
