Progress

I took a couple more pictures of the work going on in the back yard. On August 20th they had a huge pile of dirt

Now the whole entire back area is dug up. And see that huge bush at the back corner of the building? In spring it gets some kind of flower on it. Well it's gone now. They dug it up. It made me a bit sad.

They dug up a few huge boulders too.

Well it appears that I've already shown these pictures before but I'm leaving them anyway. I've been transferring pictures directly from my google photos and I didn't realize these had already been used. The info about the bush is something new though.

  2. Oh no, that's sad about the bush. They could have perhaps replanted it?!

  3. It's sad that the bush was removed. Do you have any idea how long this is supposed to take?

  6. What's going in there? A house? I'm always sad when they just clear property of trees and plants to make their building easier. Ugh.

  7. It's amazing the mess they make, but when they are done it's beautiful. You'll see.

Have a fabulous day and rest of the week, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥

  8. Doesn't it get you when so many nice big bushes but mostly trees get plowed over. When I had the back property mulched this past spring, they only mulched up the tree trucks on the floor of the forest and a bunch of weeds and mess. But when they built here, they did leave the trees in the back, however, i would have loved if a couple had been left in the front.

  9. This is quite a project you can see from your yard. I do hope there will b some landscaping to soften the sterile look of the backside of a building. Great updates. Have a great rest of the week.

  10. Sorry about the bush being destroyed. Probably a nice thing to be gone at work for most of the noise they make every day. ;)
