Did you know that you can now get naked in the grocery store? I'm not kidding. We were there yesterday and I saw it with my very own eyes. It apparently isn't illegal as I saw no sign of security guards or police to stop it.
I unfortunately didn't have the forethought to take a picture. Lucky for me though my son called me from the store and I asked him to get a picture for me. I instructed him on what isle I had seen people getting naked. He too spotted it and sent me a picture.
You will have to pay to get naked in the grocery store though. After all I highly doubt that any of them are giving it away free.
Happy Birthday to my son Brad. He's 25 today.

Thank God for leaky fish tanks
My but we have had a time with our aquarium lately. You may remember me telling you about the friend that fell into the tank and it shattered spilling fish and water all over the place. As you may recall, he replaced the aquarium and all was well. Well until it started leaking. We purchased another and just recently I noticed it was leaking again. Yesterday morning Wade was cleaning the tank and it was leaking A LOT. No more tanks from Walmart. He asked if a certain pet store was still in business and I said that it was so we decided to go there to get a new aquarium.
Now it just so happens that the pet store is in the same plaza that we were at Friday night when I lost my glasses. I told Wade that since we were there I would check the areas in the parking lot where we were as well as the two businesses that we had visited. He said that if I did find them they would be crushed.
We had eaten at Pizza Hut so I stopped there. Luck was on my side. I walked in and saw my glasses laying next to their register. When the waitress came up and asked if I was there for a carry out order I explained that I had been there the day before and lost my glasses and told her the ones sitting there looked like mine. She said she couldn't believe how many times they find stuff like that and no one ever comes back for them because they have to know they are missing. I thanked her several times and went on my way singing "I can see clearly now the rain is gone". Wade could not believe my luck. I'm a little amazed at it myself.

Gloom, despair and tragedy on me
Deep dark depression, excessive misery.
If it weren't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all
Gloom, despair and tragedy on me.
Why of why of all the things that I have remembered over the years does it have to be that little ditty I used to hear week after week watching episodes of Hee Haw with my mother?
Any way, yes, I did have a bit of bad luck yesterday. We were out and about and I lost my prescription glasses. I can make it without them for a while because honestly, I only wear them when I'm driving. Although my eyes are no longer 20/20 they aren't that horrible and the glasses help with seeing at a distance. I really could kick myself for losing them though. It has been several years since I've had my eyes checked but I wasn't planning on the expense of a new pair of glasses.
At least, if nothing else, I have a sweet pup who is willing to do anything for a treat.
I think Duke looks pretty cute in my readers. He told me to stop the laughing and hand over the treats. He's such a good sport.

The flame
Holy Smokes! Can you believe it's June already?
I don't know exactly what it's called but Wade bought me a mini fountain with a spot in the top to pour oil in for a flame.
When I wasn't being hypnotized by the flame I was taking pictures of it.
It takes so little to entertain me.
