My apologies

I know I told you that when I came back I would have all kinds of stuff to show you but it didn't happen. I had to settle for taking pictures in my yard and that was pretty boring.

I did however buy  myself a spiffy new pair of cheap sunglasses. They were kind of fun and crazy looking and totally out of character. They kind of match match my fitbit band so I'll be walking in style now.

Then some artsy fun of me modeling my new shades.

I would show you the original picture but I think there is something wrong with my camera. It put all kinds of old lady wrinkles on my face. Maybe I have a defective lens.

The gardener

Yesterday was a beautiful day. I headed out early for a nice long walk. It was still cool, only around 50 but I warmed up quickly after I got going. As I was walking down the road I spotted this patriotic fellow tending his garden.

He had no facial features so I don't know if he was happy or not but his garden seemed to be doing well so I imagine he was.

I'm heading out this morning to have some fun with my daughter. I may or may not have time to visit today and the same goes with posting for tomorrow. The next time I post, I'll tell you what we did.

And so it begins.

My long weekend made the front page. The picture may be a negative but the next 4 days will be filled with positive thinking and happy dances.

Nothing in particular

Wow, it's June 1st already. Where has the time gone? It's been a rather boring week and all I could find to post was this picture taken through the raindrop covered windshield of my vehicle.

I'm heading off to work pretty happy today because after today I'm starting a 4 day weekend. Can you see me doing my happy dance?
