Dandelion dreams

 On one particularly beautiful morning, I was sitting outside and looking at all the dandelions that were growing in my yard. I took the cell phone and started snapping some pictures.

Later that day the guys who mow my lawn showed up and mowed them all down. The next morning they were already starting to come back. 

More sewing

 My little Brother sewing machine has gotten quite a work out. 

I've completed 2 more cell phone bag orders

And started working on bowl cozies. These are just the first two that I did.

Easter and the day after

 I've had posts scheduled way out so it's taken me this long to get around to posting about Easter and the day after.

Easter Sunday was very nice. Amanda and her husband came over and she did all the cooking. I forgot to take any pictures and when we were cleaning up, Amanda pointed that out to me. I grabbed a couple right then.

I snapped a picture of the dirty dishes and said "This is Easter dinner, the aftermath".

The day after Easter was the last day of spring break for the kids and I was asked if I could take Presley while they worked.

I had a doctors appointment in the morning but it was no problem to have her go with me. She entertained herself with her iPad and jumping around in the doctors office.

She also had to try out the doctors chair.

Back at my house and we did a lot of drawing, we ate lunch and we watched dance moms. It's always a pleasure to have her over.

Hello May

 Here we are in another month already. My but time does fly by fast. 

Back on April 16th I went to Hobby Lobby to pick a couple things up because I discovered they had the best price. I walked in and felt like I was taking a walk on the wild side.

I was a bit intimidated by the dinosaurs. They looked very ferocious.

The eagle was standing guard though.

There were tons of flamingos. 

Next I stopped at Walmart. I didn't take any home but I admired these lovely bouquets they had for Easter.
