Yesterday was about as exciting as the load of laundry I did. It was gray, it was dreary and it was rather boring. Then I realized I needed to come up with a post. Oh brother, I'm in trouble. Hmmm. I took a picture of my laundry that never got put away but that was pretty pathetic.
I took a picture out the bedroom window. You've probably seen this scene several times
So I thought maybe I'll edit it and see if I can take out the buildings and the dumpster. It wasn't working so well so I just kept using the spot healing brush tool over and over all over the whole image. Then I added a textured overlay and now I've got boredom art.
Or maybe it's something else. I don't know. What would you call it? A great big mess maybe?

Wow! Art out of dreary. I like it! What program do you use?
I think boredom art is good and I think it is Art and I am taking bets that if you printed it and framed it someone would buy it. I have seen paintings like this kind of like abstract trees that people paid a lot of money for. I like it I like it alot I love trees
Oh Ann, I *love* your new art. It's beautiful!! Creativity amidst your gray day. I knew if anybody could do it, YOU could!! Love, Andrea (from my new "home") xoxo
It reminds me of something seen under a microscope in biology class LOL Kinda pretty, tho.
I like it. I don't know what to call it but it looks like a forest of trees....
I call it having fun with a picture. Why not.
Have a fabulous day. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥
Ann's Forest, very nice doodle
well, at least it kept you busy for a little while!
I like it!
Looks like it would make a great backdrop for another pic. I personally like the snow one if you had take the gray out and added some brightness. Been yucky here the last two days .....RAIN. I will be going out in a bit to the barn to feed and with all the rain in the last week, its a messy out there.
Boredom art...I Love It!!
It's now a brush lot with no people issues. I like it. Gray here a lot too. Although sunny right now.
Well I like the art piece, it makes winter look so much nicer. We haven't had much snow but sadly some is forecast for this week.
I'd call you photo edit pretty amazing! I love it! It is like a piece one would see in an art gallery :) That dreary, wet Saturday, John and I visited Jared at Rutgers and trudged through the day walking and catching campus buses. We visited that art museum there and enjoyed it. Maybe that is why I thought your photo work looks so cool.
