I have more pages today from the book I'm putting together for Presley.

Page 5 and 6 are copies of a family tree I filled in back when I was first married to my first husband.

For page 7 I enlisted the help of Google. I found all the places I've lived on Google maps and copied and pasted the pictures then printed it out and added  the address and when I lived in each place. As I'm doing this post though I realize I never added where I live now.

Project Nana Ann

Project Nana and is something I've been working on for Presley. She might not think much of it now at her age but some day she may find this pretty interesting. Its all inside this white binder.

I need to come up with a design idea for the cover. I'm thinking maybe a picture of her and I together. 

So far there are 11 pages. I'll break this up into a few posts so it's not too long.

Stop me before I shop again

I think I might be developing a shopping addiction. Some has been Christmas gifts, but more has been for myself.

This past Saturday I hit the road at 8:30 to get to the mall when Boscov's opened at 9:00. I saw their sales flyer and I couldn't resist. 

I got there 10 minutes before the store opened and there was already a line. When the doors opened they all went straight for the shoes. It was a crowded madhouse. They were well staffed and organized and handled the crowd efficiently. I found two pairs of ankle boots, made my purchases and went on to another department.

Women's clothing also had some good sale prices plus I had a coupon for 15% off if I used my card. I bought a sweater and a pair of pants.

After that I was going to walk the mall but the gates leading out into the mall were closed since the rest of the mall was closed. 

After that a stop at Dollar Tree and finally Walmart before heading home.

Not my usual

Most cakes I do are flowers. Sometimes people ask for something else. This was for a little boy and they wanted something minecraft. They showed me a picture of what they wanted and it looked something like this.
