Bank Holiday

One of the nicest things about my job is getting all the bank holidays off. The most recent one was Presidents day on February 16th.

My son has been off work because he injured his foot so I asked if he wanted to go out for either breakfast or lunch with me. As a bonus, Presley also had the day off school so she went with us too. I went to take the picture and my son was trying to get Presley's attention but she was too focused on whatever she was watching on his phone. I asked her if she was addicted to electronic devises and she said yes.

We went to Maple Timber coffee. Brad and I both go the Maple Timber Panini and Presley got a breakfast sandwich. The chips that came with the sandwich were delicious. I don't know if they were made there or not but they did taste like homemade ones.

What a nice day! I think this may be the first time I have seen your son. Presley is still growing so fast! Is she in kindergarten now?

I remember having all of the bank holidays off when I worked for the school district. I miss that. I'm glad you were able to go out and have breakfast with part of your family.

I hope your son's foot heals fast. In the meantime Presley must be delighted to spend more time with her daddy!

This was great that you all were able to enjoy a meal out together, and to top it off...you had the rest of the day off. Those holidays are pretty nice.
