More diamond art and a pin loom

A long time ago I bought a diamond art kit. It had several trees that I completed and then there was this goofy looking moon thing. I didn't like it but it was something to do at work.

I still haven't figured out the pin loom but I confess I haven't tried very hard either. I've been working on other things. I think it was Jean who asked if I could show a picture of the loom and maybe someone would have some helpful tips.

Most of the videos I've found show a 3 pin loom where there are sets of 3 pins together. None of them showed this particular loom. I might figure it out eventually.

I don't think I've seen one like this. I remember the ones that were shaped like a toilet paper roll with pins on the top and it made long round thinks that looked like worms. What would you ever do with something that shape!

Boud from 'Field and Fen' would be delighted to help, I'm sure. https://fieldfen.blogspot.com/2026/02/striped-spirals-and-getting-dressed.html

I know that I am no help at all. My arts and crafts days have gone by the wayside lately.

The loom kinda reminds me of the contraption I had to make potholders. I recall stringing loops vertically then weaving horizontal loops under and over the vertical loops

I don't know either but I saw a loom that was a narrow oblong contraption you wound wool around the spools.
