Hot Stuff
Lately my new friend has been a tube of pain relief creme. The knuckle above my index finger on my right hand has been very achy. I need to see a doctor but I'm not better at calling to make doctor appointments than I am at making groomer appointments.
Lately I'm just feeling way older than I should. It seems like all my pieces parts are falling apart.

Sorry about your aches and pains. I have them too but I am way older than you. After all, I am older than dirt. You take care Ann and have a good day.
oh no..and you use your hands so much at work and with crafts.. hugs from an old lady who fully understands the parts breaking down...
Ann last year I used a spray bottle of vinegar in my garden. My fingers didn't recover for a whole year. I checked on Marg and Sandra today to see if anyone is my age, and you all are just babies. Compared to me that is. Give your hands a good soak in epsom salts, might help.
I hope whatever is going on is temporary. I hate aches that are distracting.

Truly I am sorry to hear that you are in pain . . . I guess it's that old saying, misery loves company :(
sorry about your aches...I can relate. I have a lot of similar items and also Biofreeze for my neck and back from the doctor...it's wonderful.

I've been doing 10k steps every day and just that makes every part of my body ache. I need to buy stock in ibuprofen.
Ugh. don't rush to the doctor though...my daughter has the same symptoms and they have run her through a ton of tests...only to call it "tendonitis" and they can't do anything for that. Great.

Joint by joint, bit by bit - slowly we fall apart. And then again it could be the damp weather...
You finally made it to the ache and pain club! I use Biofreeze but my sister swears Salonpos [check the spelling] is the best. She works in a retirement community and the nurses say it's the best.
