Getting away from it all

I think we all have a place where we like to go to get away from all the hassles of the day. A place where we can kick back, relax and just feel at peace.

Even Gibbs has a place. The other day I couldn't find him. I called him several times and he wasn't coming. I thought maybe he got closed in the bedroom by accident. I went upstairs but no he wasn't there. Then I looked in the last room left to look in.
Can you guess where I found him?

He has a thing for the tub and frequently jumps in.  It's extra special if he's just come in from outside and has muddy paws. He decorates the tub with paw prints.
I should teach him how to turn on the water so he can clean up after himself

  1. So cute!! I guess it feels like a little protected place to him.

  2. A self-cleaning dog would be extra nice!

  3. Mildred made me laugh on self cleaning dog comment... I wonder if it is when he gets to hot outside? maybe the tub is cool? or Ginny might be right on the protected. it is odd, I have had a lot of dogs and none ever got in the tub...

  4. Now this is just the cutest shot ever of Gibbs. He's a smart one. Everyone needs a place to relax and get away from it all.

Have a woof woof day, Gibbs. Big hugs to your wonderful mom. ♥♥♥

  5. That is too funny. Yep, the one place I would never catch Dakota going on his own. The only time I get him in the tub is to give him a bath, and that is a forced thing too!!! LOL...Gibbs is adorable.

  6. It's an odd place to find him! He's so dang cute!

  7. Oh, that's funny!

Owen has a box...smack in the center of the kitchen table. I wish I had a box to crawl into at the end of the day.

  8. Sweet photos...especially the last one. Maybe the porcelain is cool for him in the heat of the day?

Thoughts, opinions, constructive criticism, it's all good to me.
