Using a USB cable I was able to rescue those pictures that were being held hostage by my SD card. I'm not sure because I've switched cards around from different cameras but this may be the same card I had trouble with before. All of them are a bit old so it may be time to get a new one.
Any way, when I finally got the pictures off the camera I realized that there really wasn't all that many that were really worth rescuing.
A couple shots of a robin that was looking for lunch in my front yard
A picture of a basket of flowers hanging in my neighbors yard
And the best one of all, Gibbs. He doesn't look too pleased with me though

Great Gibbs photo!
Oh my, Gibbs looks like he means business. I think he does not like playing third fiddle to a bird and flowers.
Love the Robin and the pretty basket of flowers; but Gibbs and his sweet eyes is my favorite!
I'm glad you were able to get the photos off of the SD card! Love the photo of Gibbs :)
Those are great pictures. Love the ones of the robin. Glad you got them back. Have a great week.
Gibbs looks like he is saying "MOM!!!" cut it out... I love the basket of flowers and the second bird is really good, so 3 pics were worth the aggravation of USB ... the lady at Walmart explained SD cards to me when mine acted up. she said never change them from one camera to another, to use one in each camera and keep them that way because of different formats and they do get old... but buying new did not fix my problem of sticking it in the slot in the computer. the slot is out of order forever...
I love the shot of Gibbs, but I know that doesn't surprise you. He's not much for the camera is he? No, he's not. He doesn't have to be either.
Have a fabulous day, Ann. Big hug to you and tons of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥
Hi Gibbs....you are so adorable! Ann, Dakota gives me the same type of look when I use him as my subject when the camera comes out!
Gibbs always looks like he's so suspicious of that flashy box. He's so cute though!
I thought at first that you were going to say that you 'rescued' some Baby Robins who had fallen out of the nest..... Think Gibbs would be jealous if you had some Robin Friends?????
Hugs,
Betsy
Glad you were able to work that out.
I especially love the photo of Gibbs! I don't think he likes the camera!
Pretty flowers and such an expression on Gibbs face, so funny.
