Last year when I was doing really well with healthier eating and losing weight I got hooked on popcorn. I started buying Orville Redenbacher smart pop. It comes in either kettle corn or butter flavor. I've tried both and prefer the kettle corn. I buy the single serve bag at a mere 100 calories. I got way off track with the eating, exercising and losing weight but I still have my bag of popcorn almost every evening. What one thing do you indulge in on a regular basis?

ICE CREAM!!! And popcorn is much, much better for you.
Used to be chocolate but now its wine gums or jellies, probably just as fattening, lol

Believe it or not...I am addicted to rice crackers! LOL!!
greek yogurt is my snack and also popcorn is not a snack but part of my evening meal. but not this kind, I air pop it in a container I bought at Walmart, with a little olive oil, I buy the orville white that I pop myself and incorporate in my meal. I use fruit for mid morning mid afternoon snack. we don't eat anything after 5 pm and never have.
My usual go-to's are bananas & dry roasted peanuts... but popcorn is yummy too. :-) Enjoy!! xoxo

Oooh, I love popcorn! If I had to pick one treat though ... I'd go with chocolate!!
HAHA...I indulge in whatever craving hits me at the moment. The bad thing about the by pass surgery I had for weight, it did not stop cravings. Pop corn is a good filler !
I have lots of 100 calorie snacks. I have a reasonable breakfast and dinner and a couple of 100 calorie snacks during the day. Popcorn is one of those snacks.

I LOVE Target's popcorn...probably not healthy, but it's so good.
Now, my one indulgence: I set aside Tuesday Lunch for a treat of Stovers, sugar free, pecan delights!!!
Thursday is grocery shoppong day and I buy one sweet, could be a donut or one slice of cake or a danish - whatever catches my fancy. Just that one, once a week. I usually have a sugar free, frozen fruit fruit pop (25 calories) after dinner to clear my palate.
We do hot air popping. What I have recently been drawn to is a lime fruit bar from Sprout's. It is so refreshing.
