I don't have a holiday related post today but I do want to take a moment to wish all my U.S. friends a happy Labor Day. I've got a three day weekend and will enjoy every second of it. Of course today is the last day of that weekend and I'm writing this a week a head of time but I know I will enjoy it.
On a different note, lets talk about men at work. Specifically the men who have been working at the doctors office behind me. They sure are making a mess digging everything up. They start early about 7 in the morning so I don't see much of what they do until I get home and then they're already done.

Beautiful photos, Ann.
Good grief!!! It looks like they will be working there for quite some time.
Hi Ann, I hope you have been enjoying your long weekend so far! I hope there will be a patch of grass left when they are done building.
oh no, looks like they will be working their a long long time... enjoy your extra day off
Removing those large boulders must be reducing the height of the soil!
Happy Labor Day. I'm glad you got a three-day weekend to enjoy!!
Happy Labor day and happy first day of paid vacation at your new job!! They surely are making a mess that is a lotta dirt and the boulders are huge. I hope the save them to use in landscaping.
Hugs to you and Gibbs

Happy Labor Day Ann. Happy you have had a 3 day vaca from work. Wow...that looks like a huge pile of dirt.
Happy Labor Day! I’m so glad you get it off. ❤️
Looks like they will be busy working there for some time. Those boulders are huge! Enjoy your final day of the long weekend. :)
It will be beautiful when they are done. We just had landscaping done and it was such a mess. It isn't anymore. The dust is the worst part.
Have a fabulous Labor Day. I know you're enjoying having days off together than one day here and another there. Love and hugs to you and Gibbs. ♥
Enjoy your three day weekend. Happy Labor Day.
Wow, those really are huge boulders. Quite a project going on.

September’s breeze begins to sing,
A golden hush on everything.
New hopes arise as leaves descend,
Fresh starts and dreams around the bend.
It always seems like they make a mess before everything starts to improve. It takes a while to get every thing just right before building. I know when we've built things the hard part is getting ready.
Hope you'r enjoyed your 3 day weekend.
Happy Labor Day to you too. That looks like a big job going on behind your house.
Looks like they have a ways to go. Happy Labor Day Ann!
That is a mess. By the Meijer building site there is a huge pile of boulders that they have dug up! They are worth a lot of money! Hope you enjoyed your weekend!
Wow, those are HUGE boulders, Ann. I'd be tempted to ask them to use their equipment to deposit those in my yard. Boulders make beautiful yard decorations. Love, Andrea xoxo
