The last picture I took of the pharmacy being built behind me was on September 30th.
The siding has been finished and it looks like the exterior work is done other than the parking lot. I'm still trying to figure out what they are doing behind there. I'm beginning to wonder if they aren't putting in a drive through. The one side has several windows. Still not so sure about how much they've built things up in relation to the level of my yard but we shall see.

They are moving right along! I hope you aren't affected badly about the construction. Fingers crossed.
When it is done, will you transfer your prescriptions there? Because you could just walk over to go there. Is it a national name pharmacy?
It's not attractive, is it? Maybe it will look better when it's completed.
I can't remember: did you speak to them about the ground level difference?
I hope them building this doesn't cause you any issues in the future.
If you are not the type to sit out back and just veg then I would prob not worry about it but if you don't like the looks or you spend time out back, couple of sections of privacy fence would hide all that! I would have to have the fencing.
They are moving right along with the building...sure hoping you don't have any run-off from melting snow or rain...Plant you a nice row of Elaeagnus Shrubs...
I, too, and really hoping that the build up doesn't cause you troubles. Do you know what kind of pharmacy...as in CVS, Walgreens, etc?
It must be interesting seeing its progress.
A bit of landscaping at the end might make for a decent view.
Hugs to you and Gibbs
Cecilia
You will definitely have a city view now. At least they should be done pretty soon with all the outside work. I hope it doesn't affect water flow from rain for you.
Hi, very nice blog, I am new, I follow you 443, maybe follow back?

Looks like that will be pretty convenient when it's done!
It will be beautiful when it's done, but drive through windows are a must for most pharmacies.
Have a fabulous day and rest of the week, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥
I think you may be right about the drive thru on the backside.
You will definitely need a privacy fence or trees/bushes to help with your yard view.
Hope the run-off will not be a problem either.

going up quickly, waiting to see how it ends
Coming along nicely. I think you're right about the drive thru. Most pharmacies have them now.
Goodness - that went up fast.
I do hope they are done soon due to the noise and dust etc. I also sincerely hope it will not affect your aesthetics too much, Ann. Thanks always for your visit to my blog and your sweet post.
Here's hoping the building doesn't bring problems for you. Fingers and eyeballs crossed.
