Last Saturday I went out to run some errands. First was Walmart for a few basics. Then I drove to Ohio to fill my tank. Lastly was a stop at Orlando Brothers Golden Dawn in Ohio.
It's a smaller grocery store but I needed some burger and going to the store where I used to work at, their meat case has been terrible. So much for being excited about them opening and being able to get meat there. One of the girls I used to work with at my old job is now a manager at this store but she wasn't there when I went in.
I snapped this picture across the street because I like the looks of that one building. I'm pretty sure it's a church but I'm not sure what denomination.

It's surprising how much things can differ from one supplier to another.

How funny that you drive to Ohio for gas! We used to do the same, from WV, but now there is a place in WV about 30 miles north that has gas for 50 ce ts a gallon cheaper than here locally. There's also an Aldi's there, so win-win

Sorry about the state of your old store - doesn't sound good. You haven't mentioned the drug store behind you - how is that going?
I agree with Ginny it looks like a castle. Gas must be cheaper in Ohio. It's $4 a gallon here right now.

That's too bad when they don't have good stuff to sell. Wonder why the meat is so bad. Do they not see that? So weird. Stores are so weird.
you should try to get a better look at the building. i won't buy meat at my shop rite, it's terrible. i have a butcher close by and my stop n shop has great meat!!
