Around the yard.

Another walk around the yard to see what's blooming or getting ready to bloom.

First up is the Lupine. I don't have much of this left but I still get some every year. This was one of those plants that I got from my dad.

I also got the iris from my dad.

The peony was a transplant from Wade's house when we first got married. No blooms yet but it won't be much longer.

These are the Japanese Iris. I got a little clump of these at a yard sale years ago. I now have them in two spots. This is next to my deck. I also have them under the tree in my back yard.

The Iris are so gorgeous! And the Lupine looks to be pale pink. An unusual color for them and the prettiest Lupine color I have seen so far.

I love the Lupine. I draw them a lot in my art. Such pretty iris and I can't wait to see your peony in full bloom!

Ann you have some lovely blooms from Dad all tried and true (Peony and Iris) and dependable. The Lupin is lovely...a new bloom to me. I know the name but don't think I knew the flower.
