And I didn't get the least bit wet. I did it all through the window.
I started taking pictures through the sliding glass door and I liked that I could focus on the raindrops on the glass instead of what was in the yard
After a couple of these I couldn't get it to focus on the raindrops any more so I went over and sat on the couch.
I pointed the camera at the sliding glass door again and I got this one.
I tried to get it to do that again but all I got was this.
I learned one thing from this last picture. After I looked at it on the camera I realized that the tablecloth is seriously crooked. I took care of that.

Fun rainy day photos. My tablecloth is always crooked because I have trouble keeping the cats away! lol
My camera isn't half a good as yours but it does all sorts of things, sadly I have never bothered to work them all out. lol
My son did attempt to tell me bits an pieces but I got a bit muddled so all I do it point and shoot. I feel guilty now with all these lovely pics you are putting on, maybe I'll put my mind to it and sort it out.

Just like we do with anything we want to get better at is practice. I shoot 400-600 a month.
so glad you fixed that table cloth, the photo came up and my OCD eyes went right to it. but I do like the photo. a pleasant place to sit inside and cozy from the rain. what you are doing is what I did when I got my first DSLR and still do things like this.. I love playing with the focus thingy.... have fun...
I noticed mine was off the other day too. I fixed it as well.
I know you love playing with your camera. You do very well too.
Have a fabulous day, Ann. Big hug to you and tons of scritches the the boss, Gibbs. ♥♥♥
I love it! It looks just like that one background on blogger!!
Go to where Blogger has their backgrounds, and go to ABSTRACT. There are three similar to yours, but one of them is exactly like it!
the second and last photos are my favorites. :) my tablecloth is never straight because there are three men in the house. lol
I've taken so many photos and yet I don't post daily, no excuse. :?
hope you're having nice weather. we had some light rain and now the sun is shining. :)
I really like the last photo - very atmospheric; a little spooky.
I'm glad you noticed the tablecloth because I wouldn't have the heart to tell you. K
Isn't it odd how you can take one picture and try to recreate it and get something totally different the next time. I often wonder why that is. - Had to laugh about the crooked tablecloth.
