Today

I'll be heading to a doctors appointment this morning. Screen shot of google maps. That's where I'm going.

I'm going to Dr. Gary Esper who specializes in pulmonary disease. The purpose of the visit is for a pulmonary function test. After a particulary bad day at work with the perfumed ones I broke down and called my doctor to see if there was anything I could do to help with the problem. His thoughts were either allergy testing or the pulmonary function test. Since the latter is the least painful option we're starting with that.

Oh MY, I am so sorry. I hope there is something he can do to help. Please let us know the results of the test, and any ideas he may have. I am waiting to hear. I will say a prayer about this tonight.

We are all hoping it's is just a bad reaction to the perfume smell. And if it is only that it will be interesting to follow the results of taking that information to the powers that be at work. Considering how management has handled other 'problems' getting the numbers of OSHA, your local health & safety department and looking up ADA regulations might be a way to while away some time. DIdn't you say that there are health department rules that governing the wearing of scent in fresh food handling departments? Here's hoping it is perfume and nothing more.

Perhaps you have MCS - multiple chemical sensitivities. I have a friend with it. She's had to become something of a hermit.

Why do people have to drown themselves in perfume? I don't know either. It's awful. I hope you can get some answers.

Have a fabulous day. Big hug to you and tons of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥

I am glad you are going. We can't always control those around us, so you can't demand that the world stop wearing fragrance unfortunately. It will be good to see what you can do about this. It's getting dangerous for you.

Good luck today. I hope you get some answers and some help!
