This is another freebie that I got through hinge health. It's an Enso which works the same as a Tens device. This however is wireless and portable. It came with the unit which is the white square thing in the picture.. It attaches to one of the gel pads and it's controlled through the Hinge Health app
From google: The Enso used patented Hybrid-form Impulse Therapy (HFIT) waveforms, which are different from the impulses of traditional TENS devices, to provide tailored pain relief.

That's very interesting Linda, if you have continued success with this I might be tempted.
Thanks for telling us!
I have looked at the Tens units. I may go on Amazon to find this. This is great news for you!
That is a relief for you.
I remember using the Tens Unit on my patients in the hospital years ago. It looked very similar to your Enso. How nice that you got it for free!!! That sure is a nice program you've tapped into. Love, Andrea xoxo
I've been away so have missed the story: did you injure your knee?
Ooooo thank you for sharing this. My left knee has some inflammation in it right now. I'll check this out.. Have a wonderful Friday Ann.
Sorry I can't remember what was wrong with your knee, but I'm so glad it helps! You sure do have good health coverage.

I have heard of tens but not this one.. and you can easily take it to work if you need to
It sounds like you get some really nice perks with your new insurance. That is always nice. Hope this continues to bring a little relief to your knee. Happy Friday!!
I'm glad you like it and it has helped you. I need to check that out.
Glad to hear it's helping.
This makes me curious. I may have to check this out for my arthritic knees. Thanks for the information.
Sue
I have heard of tens - but not this device - keep us updated - we may buy in bulk!
I'm glad it helps! I borrowed a tens unit from my SIL to use on my shoulder and it seemed to work ok. I need something for my knee now!
