Friday 11/7 I was by myself all day at work. The other girl called off because she had been at the emergency vet early that morning and her dog needed to be watched all day.
It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I kept myself occupied with work and other things that I take with me. I always have something to read and usually some kind of craft project as well. While I was sitting there I heard a noise, looked up and when I looked across the street I saw a car that had hit a truck coming out of the grocery store parking lot. It's a very busy street and I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often.
The two drivers came across the street to our parking lot to assess the damage and exchange info. Sorry about the pictures. I took them through our blinds. I can see out but they can't see in. The car had some damage done to the front drivers side but I couldn't tell if there was any damage done to the truck as she had hit the front drivers side of the truck. Who's fault was it? That I really can't say since I didn't actually see it happen

Hope the damage was minimal for both...glad no one was hurt..
I love that you can take your craft and reading to work for down time...so you don't have to sit there idle. Interesting view.

We were once sitting 2nd car back, at a traffic signal on one of our high accident rates busy street, an SUV turned upside down was in just out of the crossway, I was hanging out the drivers side window and got a photo of it and sent it to the Bradenton Herald and they ran it next day with my name under it. I had totally forgotten that. I take my entertainment where I find it and this window view fits perfectly

Oh no! Well...I'm glad everyone was okay after that. Big excitement for work though. Too bad you didn't have company at the window. Hahaha!
