License plate fun

I was on my way to work one morning when I saw a license plate that had me stumped for a couple minutes. When I stopped at a red light I quickly pulled out my phone and snapped a picture.

It finally dawned on me what it was supposed to mean. Or at least I think I figured it out. Did you get the same thing I did?

I got Bill Bailey. Won’t you come home, Bill Bailey. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/(Won%27t_You_Come_Home)_Bill_Bailey

I got it. I'm surprised because it usually takes me a bit.

I read Bill Bailey but it also makes sense to be Beetle Bailey... My license plate reads: Shug * 6. I've seen a lot of cute ones and I always try to figure out the clue of what they are supposed to be

Yep, figured it out right away! That's pretty good. I always enjoyed Beetle Bailey.

Now that's an oldy! I'm not sure many would get it these days. I often reference Hazel and nobody knows who I am talking about. sheesh.

Cute I love trying to figure out the licenses. I probably would have thought Bill Bailey too.

That sounds right to me, but I also first thought of Bill Bailey.

I too thought of Bill Bailey at first because I thought the T was an I.
When I had my Corvette my license plate was 4 Karen.
