I Ott to have light in my life

Saturday I made a trip to the craft store for some supplies that I needed. Wade had no desire to go with me so that meant that I was free to roam the isles to my hearts content. That is exactly what I did too. After finding what I needed I browsed for things I didn't need but might want.
I spotted a display of Ott lights that were on sale. I've been wanting one of those but haven't been willing to pay the price. Well, let me tell you that I found a $59.00 Ott light for $19.99. It went home with me.

And that my friends is why I Ott rather than ought, to have light in my life. Boy I love a bargain.

  9. Ann - I don't think these are available in Britain. We do have eco lights they require far less electricity than a light bulb - these are fitted into most peoples fittings nowadays. the better shapes are usually more expensive than the elongated double pronged versions. I personally like a bright light so we have five bright bulbs in the centre of the room which means that I can read a book wherever I choose to sit.

The eco light was said when it first came out to be long lasting .... but when you read the micro print on the light bulb boxes they only last if you use them for three hours a day ..... so unless you move to the far far far North where the sun doesn't go down or hardly ever goes down then they do not have a very long life at all!

  21. it is a fab bargain, now if only I knew what it was and is and is for i meant want one to. i am thinking from the box it is a very bright light to do your crafts by. we have flourescent lighting in our kitchen (yes i know they are dated) and i bought new bulbs a year ago that said Daylight flourescent. we put four of them in and will never buy the od kind again. we LOVE it, bought more for the garage. but let me warn you about getting lights like this. DIRT and DUST show UP a LOT MORE!!! when i flipped the switch i went YOWSA! where did all that dirt come from. the white cabinets had marks i had never seen. so a word of warning before you plug this bargain in, be prepared to CLEAN

  24. Now, that is a bargain!! I wouldn't mind getting one or two of these lights for our birds. Although, they get a lot of natural sunlight, this would be a good supplement.
