Playing with fill flash

I did a little experimenting with the fill flash on my camera. With the exception of a very slight adjustment to the lighting these are straight off of the camera.

On another note, I want to say that the suggestions I got in yesterdays post are fabulous. I'm having a really hard time deciding. I may have to put it up to a vote here and let you decide.

I've no idea what a fill flash is, but it seems to work a treat. Great pictures.

Those are great pictures. Looks like it makes the background black which makes the flowers really pretty. Great pictures. Have yourself a great Sunday.

Is a fill flash anything like a hot-flash?

when i was looking for a small camera to carry in my pocket, i researched for macro ability and for fill flash. i love what fill flash does and these are so beautiful. even in bright sunshine it changes things. i especially like the first two.

I just left you my quote, I hope I'm not too late :). Fill Flash is so important. I used to work for a camera company so many times when I see someone taking a photo, all I can think is "You need flash".

Those pictures look great! We only have a small point and shoot camera, so I don't even know what a fill flash is.

Flowers are great subjects to play with a flash. Hmm...what is a "fill flash"?
The first two shots are my favorites. Very nice!

So I'm confused. You did some fill flash on these, or these are the unretouched photos?

Excellent photos. This makes me think of experimenting with the flash on my camera. I usually avoid it.

Hi Ann! Once again, stunning photos. You should try to market your work on Zazzle or Cafe Press. Do you already do that?
