OK, I confess, I'm guilty of singing White Christmas a few too many times. I didn't really mean it when I belted out the lyrics "I'm dreaming of a white Christmas". I just happen to like old Bing's song is all. Everybody knows I would never dream about snow at any time of the year. So why then did we get this?
Not only did we get all this snow but the wind that came along with it sounded like it was going to tear the house down.
I seriously could be happy if the only snow flakes I saw were like this crocheted one
or the only snowman I saw was full of stuffing and sitting on my window sill.
Remind me next year NOT to sing that song.

The snowflake on that gorgeous arrangement is beautiful! Why DID you get the snow? Not because you sang...it was so you can show US!!! The first snap is beautiful!
I think the snow looks beautiful Ann. But then again I am sat at home looking at your photos from far away without a single bit of whiteness outside...definitely my kind of snow!!
i love that photo of the snow man, also love the photos of the snow, but glad it is you and not me... next year try singing it only once and not as loud... it looks Like God was decorating the outside Christmas trees for you and he did a beautiful job. try singing Frosty the snowman and at the end maybe the snow will melt.
it sure is beautiful, though!
Ok Ann - I'm going to come up there and steal all your snow! I'm dying for some snow here on the eastern shore of Maryland but doesn't look like we're going to get that white Christmas ...
Have a great and merry holiday season to you and yours,
Katie

We must always be very careful of what we wish for! LOL! Well hopefully it won't last long.

Ahhhhh---you know me. I'd LOVE that snow. It is gorgeous... Hope we get a little sometime this winter.
I also love your crocheted snowflakes and the little snowman...
Merry Christmas.
Hugs,
Betsy
You poor thing. You like snow as much as I do and I'm not living in snow country. That's on purpose too.
Have a terrific day Ann. My best to Duke. :)
It looks downright magical! I would say that the timing is perfect, LOL.
the photos are gorgeous - with a little luck I won't have an 'opportunity' to enjoy snow any time soon (it has been an unseasonably warm December here so they tell us...)
We think that is a great song and it should be sung. And the snow is pretty. Maybe it will go away quickly. Better you than us having all that snow. It might be fun for a few minutes though. Take care.
Well, at least you can stay home and enjoy the holidays inside instead of having to go to work in all that snow!
Haha I wish we had some of that! We haven't seen snow yet. Hmmm. . . maybe I should sing that song for the rest of the night!
Wow! It is beautiful! You are going to have a White Christmas-that's so exciting! :) Love the look of your blog too! And the crocheted snowflake-I wish I could make that :) Have a great Christmas!
LOL - you are funny. I do know what you mean though - I'd rather see snow in pictures then to be in it!
I think your snow photo is so pretty! And I just love your snowman! :)
LOL too funny Ann. The snow looks so pretty - at least until it turns gray.
Oh well! It's pretty, though. We don't have snow this year and I'm pretty bummed because Christmas is the only time I want snow!
It looks like it's time to spray paint Duke hunter orange and turn him loose to romp and play in the white "stuff" again!
Love that song...love that snow...wish I could take it from you and plop in right in my yard! We saw a few flurries and then raindrops washed any trace of snow away!
