Getting old

It's back to the daily grind today. This whole working for a living is getting old.

This is a building I pass every day and one morning when I wasn't in a rush I stopped to take a picture of it

  1. It seems to have survived well. A lick of paint could maybe help it keep going for another few years.

  4. At least you aren't that old. And you've probably been painted more often.

  5. Old buildings have such character which makes you wonder what went on behind those bricks and siding.

Have a nice short week at work - Katie

  11. Okay, I suspect that there may be a clever play on words and imagery going on around here... Would you ask Duke to point it out to me?

  14. I love looking at old buildings and especially inside of old buildings. They were laid out so differently than the buildings of today.

Have a terrific day. My best to Duke. ☺

  17. Looks like a fire in the window or a reflection of a sunrise. I think some fresh paint would bring this building to life again.

  18. I know what you mean about the work thing. The only thing keeping me going is knowing that one day I'll win the lottery.

I love how the windows reflected to sunrise in the picture!

    Hugs, antonella :-)
