Today I'll show you one of those owls I'm working on for this months project.

There are two different styles.
This one

and this one

I've only done 2 like the second one and I don't like the way they look compared to the first style. I may do all the rest like the first one.

To give you an idea of their size I took a picture of one on my cutting mat

  1. Very creative Ann. Great thinking . Using the recycled paper withe the "VVV" thingy to make the owl

  2. They are adorable. Now I know what to do with left over boxes. lol

  3. They are both adorable in my opinion fact the 2nd one with curled up hair makes me think of the old time judges in court with their cute wigs!

  4. The title sure is an "attention grabber"! Ha!! I love are SO creative!! What a great idea...we always have boxes lying around!!

  5. Yes, I like the first one best, I could imagine that if I had one of those hanging around here it would soon look like it had feathers with all the furr flying
It's a really ingenious use of cardboard.

  6. I think you should do both and make them pairs because the first one look male and the 2nd looks female.. Mr and Mrs Owl.. great way to recycle that card board..

  7. I was thinking that cute as the second one is I would stick with the first style but Sandra's idea to make them Mr. And Mrs. Owl is terrific. The only thing I am craving on these is a bit more color - some adornment to make them pop.

  8. Awww, this is so cute. I'm linking you to Awww Mondays.

Have a terrific day. Hugs to you and my very best to Gibbs. ♥♥♥

  9. very cute and so cleverly creative! Recycling at it's best!

  10. I like them both! How about a little brown color sparkle dust on them??

  11. How brilliant are those hehe!

    Hoot! Hoot!

  12. These are darling. I like the 1st one best myself but it might be good to do both as different people have different taste.

  13. I was thinking what Sandra has already said!! so cute!! I love them!!!
do you remember the commercial about the kid asking mr owl how many licks it takes to eat the tootsie roll pop?? it always made me laugh. :)

  14. I saw your comment over at mine that it wasn't accepting your URL so I added myself to your comment :-)

    Thanks for stopping by :-)

  15. I'm with the first one!
    Too Cute!

  16. I like them both--sort of a Mister and Missus set.

I also like the size of them.

Thoughts, opinions, constructive criticism, it's all good to me.
