Hooters

Today I'll show you one of those owls I'm working on for this months project.

There are two different styles.
This one

and this one

I've only done 2 like the second one and I don't like the way they look compared to the first style. I may do all the rest like the first one.

To give you an idea of their size I took a picture of one on my cutting mat

They are both adorable in my opinion ...in fact the 2nd one with curled up hair makes me think of the old time judges in court with their cute wigs!

Yes, I like the first one best, I could imagine that if I had one of those hanging around here it would soon look like it had feathers with all the furr flying about.lol
It's a really ingenious use of cardboard.

I really love these, Ann!!!

I think you should do both and make them pairs because the first one look male and the 2nd looks female.. Mr and Mrs Owl.. great way to recycle that card board..

I was thinking that cute as the second one is I would stick with the first style but Sandra's idea to make them Mr. And Mrs. Owl is terrific. The only thing I am craving on these is a bit more color - some adornment to make them pop.

These are darling. I like the 1st one best myself but it might be good to do both as different people have different taste.

I like them both--sort of a Mister and Missus set.

I also like the size of them.
