Nonsense

Sunday was an extra busy day.  Aside from the usual workload it was a little busier because people were stocking up on Superbowl food. If that wasn't enough there were call offs.
When I got home I turned on the tv and flopped on the couch. Sunday's aren't necessarily the best days for tv and I tend to watch the Hallmark movies and mysteries channel. They were playing Aurora Teagarden mysteries.
And that was the extent of my day. Boy, I sure live an exciting life

Awhile back, I ordered the Hallmark Movie channel and paid extra just so I could watch the Teagarden movies. Seriously!!

nothing like a good Hallmark movie or 3 or 4 to spend a day. you deserved it after working the Super Bowl Shift... i have not seen the teagarden movies. it is only on the big tv and bob owns that one, don't get it on the bedroom tv. was it on Hallmark reg or Hallmark movies and mystery

Is that a fish tank? I've never seen a Hallmark movie, or rather I may have watched one until the first 20 minute commercial break! I hate commercials, I'd rather pay to NOT see them than sit through them and lose my will to live.

I ate through the day and smoked a chicken for dinner. Football was all i watched for the evening, a real chair gripper.

Sometimes not living an exciting life is a good thing. Some folks are living on the edge. I'd hate that.

Have a fabulous day off, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥

I have to agree with Sandee, nothing wrong with a nice quiet day.Sounds like you had some good programs to watch. Have a great week.

Your kind of "extent" of your days are exactly mine too, my friend.... even less so, actually. But I am grateful for the monotony as I've seen the alternative too and it's not very pleasant. Keep warm and a bit less busy at work, now that the Super Bowl is over. xoxo

Sometimes I like quiet, nothing-going-on days. We have been exploring Netflix lately and finding interesting things to watch. I don't like to sit for movies too often, but I get it after a full day of being on your feet.

I have a love/hate relationship with Hallmark Xmas movies. Some I love, some the schmaltz is so over the top I can't last 10 minutes. LOL

In the late afternoon Bud took control of the remote...super bowl of course. Of course I was pleased that T. Brady & his team lost. Arrogant, cheating team that they are!! (Yay...Eagles!)

I am not a football fan but I never miss a super bowl. It was a fun day for me and since I'm sick Mark had to do all the snacks and such. I felt pampered!

Yep the stores were packed! The best time to shop - or work in a store - is when the game is on - the stores are empty and it's awesome! :) Have a great week!!

As long as you are happy that's all that counts.
