Sleeper

Not much for a post today since I"m throwing this together last minute. I came home from work exhausted yesterday, which was surprising considering it was an extremely easy day. I parked myself on the couch and did nothing but sleep until I went to bed around 10. In between napping I did think about writing a post or maybe reading some blogs but in the end decided I would rather just close my eyes and go back to sleep.

  1. HI, at least you did your once a day thing.. and here we are... I wonder if we could do a short post each day with just words like this one... I find it so hard to do a short post. I am trying to shorten them

  2. I hope you are OK. You seem awfully tired. Depressed?

    1. It sure does sound like it doesn't it. I am OK, I could blame a lot of things for it but health wise, other than lots of aches, I'm fine.

    2. I was thinking along the same lines, that your tiredness was psychological/emotional rather than physical. But if you say you are ok, then I will take you at your word...

    3. I won't argue with that assesment. But even at that, I am OK. It's nothing serious enough that would require more than I am capable of doing on my own. When I go to the doctors he always asks a series of questions which I answer honestly. When he's done he tells me it's safe to say that I am not suffering from depression.

  3. I wonder if it is the weather? I can't get enough sleep these days and I feel tired a LOT. Naps are good. I'm glad you took the time to rest.

  4. Sometimes you just need to listen to your body - if it wants to sleep then by gosh sleep!

  5. I think sometimes we just need more sleep. I so remember being fine after work some days and exhausted after others. Sleeping is what you needed and sleeping is what you did.

Have a fabulous day off. Big hug to you and tons of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥

    1. Exactly. There are days when I've done a whole lot more than what I did on Sunday that I come home and I'm ready to dig in to chores and other things. It doesn't make much sense but there's no use fighting it.

  6. I avoid sleeping early since I wake in the middle of the night. Used to take power naps a lot, but had someone tapping on my car window last month making sure I was still kicking.

  7. Normally that happens to me too if I take a nap. When I got up from the couch and went to bed I slept all night. I guess I was in serious need of sleep.
That's funny about your power naps but nice to know that there are people who would care enough to make sure you were OK
