1/2 of a 1/4

Simple math. Taks one 1/4 sheet cake and cut it in 1/2 to make 2, 1/8 sheet cakes.

My favorite is the second, it is gorgeous! So would these be personal pan cakes?

I like the flowers on the second one best they're both really pretty and that's a great idea nobody needs a very large birthday cake

Littler cakes for singles are best - I know that because I often get confused on many slices the cake should be. And find myself later looking at the recipe and it says something like "8 portions" which I take to mean it should take me 8 days to eat! Ooops I've eaten some larger portions - 4 days later, there is about a smidgen left for day 5!

Two very beautifully decorated cakes Ann. These would be an ideal size.

They look so pretty. It's nice to be able to get a smaller cake.
