I saw this idea on Facebook and thought I would give it a try.
You cut a cucumber and scoop out the seeds. Then you fill it with spreadable cream cheese and sprinkle it with everything bagel seasoning. Slice and eat.
The first time I made it I peeled the cucumber and this time I forgot. Next time I will remember because I prefer them without the peel on them.
