drawings year 2 week 27

Extreme decorating

I went to Walmart last weekend and when I pulled into a parking space there was a truck parked next to me. I couldn't help taking a picture of it.

I would love to see this one at night. I'm curious about what kind of tape they used to that would hold up to the weather and wouldn't ruin the paint when it comes off.

More decorating

Last Saturday I finally got around to putting decorations on the tree in the living room. Here it is all finished. Definitely not a professional job but it's good enough

This tree is an eclectic collection of decorations ranging from store bought to handmade. There's also the ones that came from friends.

Lots of ones that were hand painted by me a lot of years ago when those plaster craft kits were all the rage.

Handmade ones that look like they are quilted.

A handmade one that came from a blog friend a lot of years ago

A gift from my niece one year. Sadly, she is no longer with us.

December Happy Mail card.

I went kind of easy this time around. I found a picture I liked and printed it out. I mounted it on red cardstock then attached it to the front of the card. Then I decided it needed some glitter. I used glue and a paintbrush to add it to certain parts of the picture then sprinkled on the glitter.
