Part of my daily routine

Aside from the blood pressure monitor that I bought, I've added a few other things to my daily routine.

starting in the front and moving around clockwise

The thing with the black band is an activity tracker. It counts steps, distance and calories burned. On the days that I work I'm getting in 11,000 to 13,000 steps in a day. On my days off it's a struggle to get 10,000. I'll have to work on that one.

Next is the blood pressure monitor. I'm checking it a couple times a day. Usually once in the morning and again in the evening. I'm happy to say that it's been in the normal range.

Slim Fast. Yes, I'm having a slim fast shake for breakfast and lunch, 3 snacks a day and a regular dinner. I'm trying to make healthier choices with that. I'm actually about 15 pounds over weight and would prefer to get that down to the normal range. So far I've lost a couple pounds but I've noticed a big difference in how hungry I am. I'm not craving something to eat constantly. I'm also drinking tons of water.

The last 3 bottles are vitamin D, calcium and a woman's multi vitamin.

All of this started a couple weeks ago and I can not believe the difference in how I feel already. I've never been one to stick with things though so keep  your fingers crossed that I can keep it going.

So good you feel better, like you say though its sticking to it that is the hard part.
I'm hoping like hell that this turmeric works, some days I feel so tired.

If you put the vitamin in a ounce of vinegar, you can see if it will dissolve in one hour. This is what it would do in your stomach before being pushed through your system. If it doesn't dissolve, then that particular brand won't do much for you.

I hope you stick to things this time. Just keep telling yourself how much better you feel. Okay, I'm not one to stick to things either.

Have a fabulous day. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥

You seem to be taking 2 forms of D3 - you can get calcium and D3 in the same pill. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin and therefore can build up in your body and result in toxicity. You are probably getting calcium and D in your multi-vitamin...Please do not take supplements willy-nilly, you can do more harm than good. (Or you have already researched this and I'm being pushy...)

I cannot believe you eat that many snacks and have lost weight! I am having to eat only two meals a day and no snacks. So I starve most of the time, but I lose weight. You have always looked so slim to me! I never would have guessed you need to lose weight! But glad you are taking care of yourself! You will be so healthy and strong!Looks like you have everything covered.

Glad your're feeling better...I'm impressed with the three weeks. It's so hard to make something a habit. Seems like you're having some success! I'm inspired!

Good for you and making smart choices! Try My Fitness Pal app on your phone. It's great for tracking what you eat each day and plugging in your exercise. It has help me to be aware of what I am eating and how much exercise I do each day.

That's great that you're feeling better! That's a LOT of steps. I wore one for a few weeks and I hardly made it to 5,000 most days.

Good luck with the new regime, I'm the same in that I start out gung-ho and then fade in the stretch 😁 I also take vitamin D and daily vitamin and highly recommend magnesium and B complex, keeps me sane! Deb xo
