Quick update

We only spent about 6 hours total at the hospital yesterday. After I got him home I had to go run for his prescriptions then make sure he was all set up and get dinner ready. After I ate I fell asleep on the couch. That means todays post is just a quick update.
His surgery went well and like I said we were only there for a total of about 6 hours. He's naturally hurting and will be for a while. He's on a weight restriction of 2 lbs so that means I pretty much pick up everything for him.
I'm off to work today, hopefully he'll behave himself while I'm gone.

So glad he is home and all is well! Is he having any pain? I remember when Phil had his, he didn't sneeze for NINE days! Tell him if he has to sneeze r cough, to hold a pillow to it, it makes it easier. He had to walk stooped over. Now, onward to recovery! When can he return to work?

It must be a relief to have the surgery behind you and to know that it did well. I hope Wade will soon be on the road to recovery. A big hug.

That makes for a long day...no wonder you were exhausted. I hope Wade is a good patient and doesn't make his recovery hell for you. I hope he has a speedy recovery!

Let's hope Wade doesn't do the macho-man thing but rather does the man-baby poor me sick thing..Sometimes that is the most definitely the best way to go. .I'm sure Gibbs will be happy with someone home all day!

As long as he follows his doctors instructions he'll be fine in now time. Hubby had this done a couple of years ago. He was doing pretty good at week three. I know that sounds like a lot, but it really isn't. You'll be happy when you're not doing everything. I do remember that.

Have a fabulous day. Big hug to you and tons of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥
