My plan for yesterday was to work on some Valentine treat boxes. It took me all day but I did it. I still want to make more but now I know for sure what I want to do.
I started out with a plan to make triangle boxes but I didn't like the way they were looking.
I liked the box itself but the hearts I made to go on them had white in them and they didn't look good on this brown craft paper. I stuck the stickers on them and then hated them even more.
I could have just tried this style again with different colored paper but opted to scrap this whole plan and go with something else.
My next attempt was a pillow box
I liked these better. They are a nice size to hold a few pieces of candy. The hearts were the ones I was going to put on the triangle boxes.
Now I guess I should go clean up my desk.

The pillow boxes are so much prettier. They rock!!
I like the triangle boxes because of the shape and they are pretty especially with the, I'm guessing fuzzy pipe cleaners(?) coming out the top but the pillow boxes really rock! And the shape is probably better for holding treats. They are really fabulous ๐๐
when i used to take treats to work for valentines, i had 21 to give to, i went to the dollar tree and for one dollar got beautiful little plastic envelopes, that is how I CRAFT... i vote the pillow the cutest and best... forgot to say my CRAFT did not require me to clean up my mess. just sayin...
I love the last two the very best too. So colorful. I can't wait for Spring.
Have a fabulous day, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥
I like the shape of the triangle boxes, but not the brown kraft paper or the pipe cleaners. Try them again with white...like the pillow boxes. I think you've got something with the shape, but decorating will take some thought.
I like the pillow boxes the best. They are really pretty. You have a great day Ann.
i like that triangle, but the pillow is fun also. Of course i want one with the most candy.LOL
You are so talented! Love all your boxes and can't wait to see what you create next.
Pillow boxes are always fascinating.
