We went to Volant Pa. I didn't take a whole lot of pictures because I only had my phone but I have a few from the day.
Neither one of us bought anything but it was a fun trip and I enjoyed looking around the shops. In one of the shops we ran into some real witches.
In the upstairs of the Volant Mills barn they had some antiques. I snapped a picture of this

You know me and witches...they're spell-binding. I would enjoy going thru the antiques. Looks like the weather was perfect.
I thought of you when I was posting the witch pictures. By the time we left shortly before 2 it was hot and I couldn't wait to get the a/c running in the car.

the first witch had me thinking of Annie, my favorite is the one with the black veil... now I wonder which one she liked best. she did not say. I am happy to hear you had an outing with your daughter and would have enjoyed that store with all the antiques.. looks like the weather cooperated.. as for the wedding dress, have never seen one anything like that and the word UGLY comes to mind...

What is the deal with witches, witches "teas" and witch parties?? Are they big there too? I dunno...I don't get it, but a lot of people like this new thing.

I am glad you had a bit of a break from work. A road trip like this is always fun...even if you don't buy a thing. Which most times I come home empty handed because I cannot make up my mind.
Yep, today is the last day. It will be hard to go back tomorrow.

Me too although I would have much rather had more than just 4 days. We are very short staffed right now so I didn't want to inconvenience them too much.
