lighting up

No I didn't take up smoking again. I did put some lights up outside though. I'm a bit too old to climb up on the roof to string the old fashioned lights but I do have some of those spot lights that shine multi lights all over the house.
After I had these stuck in the ground and adjusted I took a quick picture but it still wasn't perfectly dark out
I tried to take another picture after it got really dark but it makes it really hard to see the house all you see are the lights

That's a great idea, looks very festive! I'm going to check into those lights. Maybe I can get them on sale after Christmas!

The last photo is a winnah! What a clever (and safe) idea to have the lights projected onto to your house...I think it's prettier than strings of lights...

Our next door neighbor has those kind of lights. Very pretty.

Have a fabulous day, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥

Good for you for sharing the Christmas spirit and staying safe at the same time. That second one is so important.

Great job...I love Christmas lights. Your house looks like it is built like mine. The two lower windows on my house are the garage.

How much snow did you get in your are from Winter Storm Gail? Some parts received anywhere from 9.3 inches at Harrisburg International Airport to 5 inches in Lancaster County (my area) ? Alba, PA and Litchfield, PA 43 inches! yikes.
