Pioneer Woman Wednesday

I'm coming out of the bathroom to give you a Pioneer Woman Wednesday post. Actually this is a dual purpose post. I'm going to show you the yummy apple crisp that I baked the other day but I served it on a Pioneer Woman melanine plate. I bought these plates in the summer when I spotted them at Walmart and fell in love with them.

I also realized that I skipped a picture in yesterdays post. I mentioned the crack in the bottom of the tub and never inserted the picture of how it was fixed. Here it is.

Isn't that the most hideous thing you've ever seen? I've been looking at that for over 20 years. I don't understand why he used something that color but we're talking about a man here.

That apple crisp looks delicious! I was at Wal-Mart the other day looking for a table cloth and saw a lot of Pioneer Woman's stuff in the kitchen section (towels, tablecloths, etc). Thought of you! I do agree, that is a hideous color for the repair in the tub. I just think men think of getting the job done, not how it might look when it is finished!

Yikes, looks more like a hole than a crack. I never saw these melamine plates, or I would have bought them!

I did not know that pioneer woman makes melamine I don't buy the kind that can break because I'm too clumsy and drop things all the time. The crisp looks delicious. And no comment on the hole in the tub lol

Ugh! Aren't you glad to never have to see that patch job again? I made a small apple crisp last week too. We usually eat it with vanilla ice cream. That is a pretty plate!

You could paint that spot in the tub. Maybe make it a flower. Tub paint, porcelain paint, I don't remember what it is called.
