That's a wrap.

Wednesday, Joe the plumber was back again to finish up the job. He had to put in the shower head, Sand down the Walls and do the caulking. He put more mud on the walls to fill in some low spots but he told me to let it dry and by that night I would be able to use the shower. He does still have to come back to sand the walls down again but that's it. Painting the walls is up to me. Now I just need to decide what color I want to paint. Without further Ado here is the after pictures

It's beautiful. It must be a relief to have it done (except for the painting).

Love it! A brand-new look...For some reason I think I'd paint the cabinets white, as well...then later on, change out the flooring to white. But, just me.
Love the curtain...
Happy you got it done!

Yay for NO LEAKS and it looks great. white looks good, and if you don't want to buy a new shower curtain, pick a color from the curtain OR find a shower curtain you LOVE and pick a color. in this house I am only allowed white walls. I do have green and gold in the bathrooms because I had a hissyfit and bought the pain. I had to match with gold and green tile on the walls, you don't,

Oh nice and I see you didn't go for glass doors - a good choice - glass doors are just more work! Also I can see that those shelves have an 'edge' so stuff won't slide off. Good job. Enjoy!

I like it! I like the shower curtain, too! Won't it be nice to not have to deal with a shower door anymore?

Very nice! Looks "airy" in there, if that makes sense! What color are you going to do the walls?

Well done, Ann. Very nice and you'll love it. I know you didn't want to spend the money, but I'm guessing your loving it and think it's worth the money.

Have a fabulous day off tomorrow. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥

It's looking so good! Now I want to know what colors you are thinking of, and how you will decide. You are creative, and should have no problem making the walls pretty. For me, this job is miserable. No color I ever pick works. I admire those people who know just what color to paint things and it looks perfect.

Looks great.
Your new faucet is like the one we have now!! :)
We just have a shower curtain too. I HATE shower doors!
If it was my bathroom, I'd paint the walls blue and the cabinets white. :)

It's beautiful! And more functional! Hooray!!! I'm with Grace--glad you didn't go for the glass doors as they are a buggar to clean all of the time.

I use a squeegee after I shower each day to keep water spots and grime at bay. It takes a couple of seconds, but makes a world of difference!
