Happy New Year
No celebration here. I didn't even stay up late enough to see the ball drop. Welcoming in the New Year when I get up is enough for me. I do have the day off since I asked if we could be closed today. There is no point in being there anyway Hardly anyone comes in and most walk out with nothing because we have so little left in the store

I missed it yesterday, my favorite bakery was already closed when I was standing at the door... he makes such wonderful cakes. Of course I still have a few things at home... two kinds of homemade cookies - vanilla crescents and almond macaroons with a little lemon... great... and Dresden Christmas stollen. So we didn't have to go hungry :-))

Happy New Year. Your store sounds like the last month the CBD store was open. No merchandise and no one coming in.
Ann...so I have been thinking.....Can you do your own baking at home and sell them privately? There is clearly a want/need for your cakes and decorating. Initially, there may be some cost in setting up supplies....but I think you could earn some good $$ this way. You are so very talented and people know you now.....
