Stationery or Stationary

I recently made a stationery box after seeing a tutorial on Splitcoaststampers. Or maybe it's a stationary box, since it doesn't move on it's own.
Either way here it is.

And here's a look at the inside. There is a space for greeting cards, tags, note cards and a little pocket for stamps. There's also a little address book and one little detail that I neglected to add is the pen holder. Oops.

Now all it needs is to be filled up. I have some cards in it I just need to make some note cards and tags.

Now that is something I could use. I have note cards and such scattered in various drawers in my desk and on the shelves of my bookcase. I do like things organized!

(I'm not crazy about the beaver, cute as he may be - we have similar teeth - I would like something a bit more pen and paper-ish. Oh yeah, look at me - second guessing your far superior design skills!)

You can add a pen-holder with duct-tape.

Stationary box is fun to make. I like making the boxes but didn't like filling them, funny isn't it?

What a great way to keep everything organized. I've got stuff all over the place. Stuff I bought, not stuff I've made.

Have a terrific weekend. My best to Duke. :)

Ann this is great.....I love the way it all folds out and you can get to everything. Will you be making some of these for your next craft show?? Or maybe for Christmas gifts...or even blog prizes?!?!?!

That's very cute. I use so few "real" cards any more that the boxes just sit untouched on my office shelves.
