The old lady has been complaining about all her aches and pains and the fact that her pieces parts are all wearing out. She should have gone to the doctor a long time ago but she wanted to switch. She didn't really like going to the old doctor because she only ever saw the nurse practitioner and she never felt like they listened to her. Not to mention she hated the half hour drive just to get there.
After being sent to the doctor who is right behind our house when she cut her finger at work she decided to switch to him.
Her first appointment was yesterday and he's already given her a prescription for pain and inflammation to use until he gets some more tests to see exactly what's going on. She's going for x-rays on her back and her hand. She's scheduled for blood work to check out a whole slew of things.
But that's not all. She's also scheduled for a pap test and then will be scheduling a mammogram. He's also gave her something she has to do at home and so long as it comes out a certain way he won't harass her about a colonoscopy just yet. She really likes the doctor and everyone in his office seems to be really nice.

Well, something good did come from your accident! You found the perfect doctor! There is nothing like having a doctor that you like and can trust. And being so close is just an added bonus! BUT, your hand is no better...it is worse? Is it swollen? I am so sorry it is still hurting. Let us know the moment you find out what is going on with it!
I may have switched three doctors already...I'm running out of doctors ;-) Glad you found one you like and he's conveniently located too! Hope you feel better soon!
I am so sorry Ann ... hope you are feeling better SOON!!

Oh gosh, we didn't realize you are hurt. Hope all those aches and pains go away soon. And also all those tests come out with good results. Sending good thoughts.
They are giving you a good work up, hope they can figure out something. They always tell me arthritis, which can be frustrating.

Yep, you have to have certain things done when you get in your 50s. I know because I do them. I'm glad you changed doctors. You'll feel better for it.
Have a fabulous day. I'll see you next week. Big hug to you and scritches to Gibbs. He's so cute. ♥♥♥
Glad you found a great doctor, Ann. When we moved here that was one of my major concerns, but, I too, found the perfect one, so life is good. I hope that all goes well with the tests. Let's plan to get together. I'll email you later today. Gibbs is adorable, Macy said so!!!
Sounds like a good, caring doctor! Hope he helps and you feel better soon! Could Gibbs get any cuter???

SO proud of you for finally taking the plunge.. It's never easy to go to the doctor --after not going for a long time.... AND---I'm happy that you found the PERFECT doctor. Easier doctor visits are always the best. I'm glad it's going well.
Get the damn colonoscopy. Please. It is such a simple thing to do...and so important. I lost my dear friend to cancer because he didn't get his colonoscopy.
Please. Go.
This is a reminder that I'm way overdue for a check-up!! I hope all your test turn out OK!!
