OTC to the left of me RX to the right. Here I am. Stuck in the middle of 2 nasal sprays.
For the record, I do NOT like nasal sprays and they taste horrible. Oh and have I mentioned that lately when someone is heavily marinated in their perfume I can now taste it? Let me tell ya folks, it doesn't taste any better than it smells.

I take nasal sprays pretty easily, but the last one I took did nothing for me.
So very sorry. Would a breath mint or hard candy help any?
the spray i have a RX for is so much cheaper than the generic at WM because my insurance pays for it and at WM i have to buy it. i think they should be ashamed of how much they charge for these tiny bottles. that said, mine doesn't help very much. and i to taste perfume, a lady in culvers ruined my burger, even when i got up and moved to the other side the taste was in my mouth. you and i are having very similar problems, except i don't have to work with someone that wears it. Prilsec can be bought OTC but i get it free with RX and a fortune to otc it
Luckily, I don't use nasal sprays. I bet they do taste horrible. Ann, you have a great day.
Taste and smell are totally connected. Hold your nose while eating and you'll find you can't taste the food as well...
I have supposed to be using these for years. I only use when the head gets really messed up and I can't do anything else. I too don't like them. But...if they help you, do them. I took allergy shots for about 10 yrs. They really helped. I went through a major issue in my life in 2006 and due to that I just stopped going for shots. Luck has been with me and I still have not started to have a lot of issues. Maybe 10 yrs of shots did the job. My issue though is with the pollen settling on my skin. Not an issue that I ever had till about 3 yrs ago and I did not put two and two together to realize that when I went out I usually came in itching to pieces. Started really simple with the top of the head itching so bad. Then later it started with the skin. I learned later that it was just pollen touching me. Showers don't help cause the damage is already done! Hang in there and do what you need to do and see if it helps. Also...peppermint oil is good for headaches and stuffy noses.
Spray toward the inside of your nose to deter the taste
Oh my, I hope you can find another solution!
I can so remember working in the men's jail and working the visit window. Those women would come in to see their deadbeat honey's and have the 50 cents a gallon perfume on. Awful.
Have a fabulous day and weekend, Ann. Big hug to you and tons of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥
It's awful you're having to deal with this. If the perfume wearer is an employee, can't they be told to not wear it anymore? It's not fair to you to have to deal with all this crap. I do hope you find relief somehow.
I know what you mean about the perfume! I've been driven out of church because of some overzealous smells being doused all over fellow members of the congregation. Luckily, I think God still accepts my worship.
Hmmm- I don't think these help much.
oh no! I was really hoping that you had found the solution. Keep trying! Don't give up!
